My name is Christoph. I am German and living in the Dominican Republic with my family. As a Residenct of the Dominican Republic with Residencia, Cedula and Dominican Driving Licence, I will give you advice in many questions of the life here. Should you be interested to become a Resident in the DR I will inform you about the procedure, the different kind of Residencias available, what you need for it and if it is possible for you. I will tell you the way how you can do it and what it costs. I am working with different attorneys together, speaking German, English and Spanish and who can help you in the process of immigration. I will help you to open a bank account here what is absolutely neccessary when you want to get the Residencia. Have you heard that that you can stay longer than 30 or 90 days in the DR without Residencia? It is possible too. When you are leaving the country you will pay only an overstay fee, depending how long you stayed here. I will let you know about the current overstay fees you must pay when you leaving the country again. Many foreigers live in the DR without Residencia, even for years.
Also I know the real estate market and work together with real estate brokers and private builders. With my help you will get an overview over the real estate market you would never get by your own. The market here isn´t regulated and it is very difficult to contact all brokers by yourself. Privat builders you even won´t find when you don´t know them. You have your own plans about the places, cities and areas you want to visit in the Dominican Republic?
Then we have the solution for you!
We offer you a comfortable Jeep for up to 5 persons with driver. One day trip or roundtrips with overnight stays possible. You don´t need to rent a car and travel by yourself. We have the car for you and the driver is included, besides gasoline. One day trip cost 95 USD including Jeep and driver. Overnight trips cost 145 USD per day, including Jeep, driver, accomodation and catering for the driver. As many days possible as you want. Prices are fixed, independant how many persons. You only pay for the car, the driver and the gasoline. For overnight trips, you book accomodation and catering by yourself or we help you to book accomodation and catering.
Usually our tours starts from Puerto Plata, Sosua or Cabarete. But wherever you are located in the Dominican Republic, you can plan your own trip with us. The perfect trip by yourself is independant from our travel offers below.

City Tour Puerto Plata, 1 Day $89 / person
One day city tour to Puerto Plata. Private sightseeing tour through the city of Puerto Plata with the nice old town. Visit of chocolate and rum factory. Here you can try the Dominican chocolate and can test the different kind of rum. We visit the Fortaleza San Felipe with many pictures and informations about the history of Dominican Republic, also the Amphitheatre in the same park. We drive to Mount Isabel de Torres with view over the city. You can decide if you want go to the top by cable car or if you prefer with our Jeep to drive on the top. Tour can be changed individual.
Santo Domingo, Barahona and Juan Dolio, 3 Days $650 / person
We start in Puerto Plata, Sosua or Cabarete and drive over the touristic highway to Santiago and then to the capitol Santo Domingo where we visit the District National with many attractions, like Columbus statue, Alcazar de Colon, Kathedral, Museo de las Casas Reales, Fortaleza Ozama and more. We drive on the Malecon in Santo Domingo with the nice seaview to the area around Barahona and drive along the Caribean Sea to the Laguna de Oviedo. On this road you feel like at Cote d´Azur. Finally we drive to Juan Dolio with the nice beaches of Marbella and Hemingway. We return to Puerto Plata over the highway 7 through the Parque de las Haitises, passing Samana and driving along the beach from Nagua to Puerto Plata. Accomodation and breakfast included.
Roundtrip in the Dominican Republic, 6 Days $1450 / person
This is our longest tour to explore the country. Starting from Puerto Plata or Sosua or Cabarete we drive on the touristic higway over Santiago to Santo Domingo. We drive along the Malecon with wonderful seaview and visit the District National with many historical buildings and attractions like Columbus Statue, Alcazar de Colon, Kathedral, Museo de las Casas Reales, Fortaleza Ozama, the port and many more. We will pass the airport of Santo Domingo, Boca Chica and come to Juan Dolio with the nice beaches of Hemingway and Marbella. You can relax on the beach. On the way to La Romana we pass San Pedro de Macoris and arrive at the Cueva de las Marvillas. It is a cave with many pictographics of the Tainos. In La Romana we visit the Cruiser Port where you often can see the AIDA, TUI Crusise or other Cruiser Ships. A visit in Casa de Campo, the exclusive city in the Dominican Republic, where many famous people have their domicil, will show you another lifestyle. The Island of Santa Catalina by boat we will explore too. When we come to Bayahibe, we enter a ship and go to the Island of Saona, the most beautiful and famous island in the Dominican Republic with white sandy beaches and palm trees. You can relax under palm trees at the beach and enjoy a cool drink and seafood from the grill. Punta Cana with his all inclusive resorts and white beaches we will visit after Saona. We also visit nearby Cap Cana, another exclusive place. Over Higuey we drive to the Island of Samana, where we will drive around the island and visit Playa Rincon, Samana City, Las Galeras and Las Terrenas and we will go by boat to Cayo Levantado, the Barcadi Island. Over Cabrera, Rio San Juan, where we visit the Playa Grande and Laguna Gri Gri, we drive back to Cabarete, Sosua, and Puerto Plata, mostly along the Atlantic Ocean with nice seaviews. This tour is for travellers who wants to explore the whole country. Totally individual and personal and you decide where we stay longer. Accomodation and breakfast included.
Island of Samana, 2 Days $350 / person
We start in Puerto Plata or Sosua or Cabarete and we drive along the coast of the Atlantic Ocean with mostly nice seaview over Rio San Juan, Cabrera and Nagua to the island of Samana. We will visit the city of Samana, Las Galeras, Las Terrenas, Playa Rincon, we will go by boat to Cayo Levantado (Bacardi Island), and from January – March, we include the whale watching. We stop at the most beautiful places with the best views on the ocean where you can make pictures. Samana island is not so easy to drive and it takes a lot of time because of the traffic and the mountains everywhere. Permanently we drive up and down. Accomodation and breakfast included.

We are a family. Do children travel for free ?
Children up to 14 years travel for free with their parents and sleeping in the same room with the parents. Teenagers from 15-18 years paying half price.
We like one place and want to stay longer. Can we ?
Yes of course. Our tours are totally individual and our clients mainly decide what we are doing. You can tell us your wishes and we fulfill it
Why is there no lunch or dinner included ?
We want to keep our tours as private and individual as possible. When you decide you want something extra or visit other places too, we are flexible and we can book shortly other accomodation at other places than planned. We can recommend you good and not expensive restaurants for lunch and dinner.
Do you have bank account in USA and Europe ?
Yes, we have bank account in US, in Europe and in Dominican Republic for transfering money. Payments are possible in USD, Euro, GBP or CAD.
We do all our tours in a comfortable private Jeep or Van with maximum 5 persons.
All tours are private and totally individual and can be changed from our clients during the trip. Very small groups or even exclusive tours. Our tours are individual for individuals or very small groups or families. Therefore we are able to offer you the best private service. You decide finally about the stays and about the sightseeing. You should feel comfortable. We are experienced drivers and drive carefully in the opposite to the Dominican buses and vans drive usually.
Tours longer than 1 day
Tours for more than 1 day include accomodation and breakfast. We are even able to stay at other places than planned and change accomodations within the tour. For lunch and dinner we recommend you good and cheaper places than hotels.
We are flexible
If you have on the way other wishes what you would like to see, or where you want to stay, we can change the tours and do it in your way when all passengers agree.
